Worked with a Mid-West Financial Institution to market the large land tract that had recently come back to the bank as an REO asset. Oversaw the Marketing and Sale of the site to a regional investor helping the bank achieve its objective of selling the land prior to the end of the fiscal year, thus allowing it to maintain specific FEDERAL REO sale requirements and timelines. That investor ultimately developed the parcel into a Top Golf and two (2) Hilton brand hotels.
