Jaime Tobanche started his restaurant career in 2000 managing the popular Rocklin taqueria, Adalberto's.  He ran the kitchen and managed the business, while perfecting an operational philosophy long before it became mainstream. Working his way from manager to owner over the course of Eight (8) years, Jaime enjoys and excels at all facets of restaurant operations.  He currently oversees a team of Seventy (70) plus employees.


Jaime opened his first Restaurant in Fair Oaks in 2008, and now has Six (6) units open, with two (2) more openings pending.  Ultimately, Jaime’s expansion strategy calls for Fifteen (15) corporate owned stores throughout Northern California. These locations will be run by his well trained and loyal staff.  This operational consistency provides for spectacular dining experiences in well managed, clean environments.
